At Ready 2 Learn, we aim to incorporate the Early Years Learning Framework to assist us in providing
“ the opportunities to our children to maximise their potential in developing a foundation for future success in learning. Through their experience at Ready 2 Learn, the Children will become successful learners, competent and creative individuals and active and informed citizens.”
Our programme is based upon the principle that the whole child must be developed if she/he is to become a well-adjusted member of our society. As such, we provide the environment and experiences that enable a child to grow physically, emotionally, intellectually and socially. Through a balance of structured play, exploration and discovery learning and group participation children develop as whole and complete individuals.
At Ready 2 Learn we incorporate the Early Years Learning Framework into the daily curriculum. This is implemented through holistic approaches, responsiveness to children, learning environments, cultural competence, continuity of learning and transitions, assessing and monitoring children’s learning, play based learning, intentional teaching and spontaneous interactions amongst children and educators. The Early Years Learning Framework forms the foundation for ensuring that children at READY 2 LEARN experience quality teaching and learning.
